A touch up should be scheduled 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure.

It is preferred to follow the recommended guideline, however, if this occurs you can schedule a touch up later than 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment. It may result increased price of the service.

Please, follow the same precare and aftercare instructions that you used for the initial procedure.

We appreciate you coming to us, however, it is hard to tell what kind of ink was used by another artist and to predict what results will occur after we implement our ink over it.
We will need to evaluate your area in order to determine if we can work over it.
This should be scheduled as an initial service.

This is not common and should not occur. We will have to discuss why it faded so quickly, to see the results, and discuss the desired color.

Cover up is not a touch up. Touch up is scheduled ONLY after an initial service that was performed by us.
We try not to do cover ups, and usually offer a removal.
However, it is very individual. Please, reach out to discuss your case.
